The Purpose of All Golf GPS Systems: Fun

The great game of golf may seem boring to some, but for me and my family… it is our life! We love playing a few rounds on the course every Sunday evening and, when it rains, we simply take a day off of our normal routine during the week to make up for it! When you first purchased our golf gps systems a few years back, we had no idea what kind of fun we were getting ourselves into! Think about it, we were never able to accurately determine our yardage, how our games were progressing from game to game, or even be able to have accountability towards our actual scores, but when you purchase the golf gps systems we now hold near and dear to our clubs, our enjoyment of the game has greatly increased, and here is why!

My father and I have been playing this little game with ourselves ever since I learned how to play: one person would strike the ball, and the other person would guess how many yards the ball covered. We never had a basis for comparison, but my father knows that course like the back of his hand, and was usually able to make a rather impressive calculation after simple watching the ball in the air for a few moments. However, after we purchased our golf gps systems, we quickly found out how off my father has been and, ironically, how close I was to an accurate distance calculation. Quite amazing, let me tell you! There is nothing like settling an age long debate!

My brother and I like to travel and play on different courses at least once a year. He and his wife, me and mine take a vacation together and head out to the golf course in “wherever” in order to see if we have been able to keep up with our games. Our biggest issue with changing up the courses like that has always been not knowing what lies ahead of our balls. We sink into balls into the sand traps as if we were striking our balls over the Atlantic Ocean and wondering if it would land in the London! There was no way around it, but when we purchased our golf gps systems, were automatically knew where the sand traps were due to the devices’ base map directory! We were able to bring up a digital, sky view of the course, and, as a result, got to witness where all of the potential snags were for our balls. It was fun, especially when we figured out it didn’t help us to avoid the traps!

So, you see how purchasing golf gps systems can greatly increase the enjoyment of the game! You should try it out!
